Two Saudi companies run on the MEGA system. We designed each company's website and built its portals, management dashboard, accounting and invoicing on its own domain, set up for its sector.
Medical waste transport and treatment — Riyadh and Qassim
Waqaya Environmental Services Co.
A Saudi company specialised in medical waste transport and treatment since 2015, serving hospitals, clinics, pharmaceutical companies and government bodies. We designed its website, then put its operations on the MEGA system: client, staff and supplier portals, the management dashboard, accounting and invoicing, and a supplies store.

The website
A bilingual (Arabic and English) site in the company's brand: home, services, about and contact, a careers page and the official licences.
Supplies page
Medical waste bags and containers in the approved colour codes, with a quote request and a direct link to the supplies store.
Client portal
A private login for each hospital or clinic: the contract, upcoming and completed visits, requesting an extra visit or a postponement, and documents.
Live visit tracking
The client follows each visit from request to treatment, and sees the collection truck on the map.
Treatment certificates
A waste treatment certificate for every visit, delivered to the client's portal in Arabic and English, ready to print or save as PDF.
Tax invoices
A ZATCA-format electronic tax invoice with a QR code, bilingual, posted automatically to the client's statement.
Staff portal
Employee and residency files, requests, leave and advances, the monthly payroll and social insurance.
Supplier portal
Supplier registration and approval, requests for quotation and purchase orders, invoices, payments and statements.
Management dashboard
One screen for management: the portals, accounts, stock, fleet, plant log and reports.
Accounting and financial statements
Entries linked to clients and suppliers, the trial balance, income statement and balance sheet, and a monthly and year-end statements pack for the external auditor.
MEGA Store — the supplies shop
A shop on the company's own site selling medical waste supplies — bags, containers and sharps boxes — with bank-transfer payment and a tax invoice for every order.
General contracting, operation and maintenance, fire alarm and firefighting — Riyadh
Afras Al-Arab Contracting Co.
Founded in 2021, the company works in construction, maintenance, electromechanical works and fire alarm and firefighting systems. We designed its website and set up a MEGA install for contracting: projects, bills of quantities and progress invoices, with accounting, invoicing and the client, staff and supplier portals.

The website
A site in the company's brand: home, services including firefighting systems and landscaping, an about page with the organisation chart and official documents, and contact.
Projects
A file for every project: the contract and purchase order, financial position and progress, change orders, material approvals, handover and warranty.
Bills of quantities
Import the bill of quantities from Excel, then track the executed and handed-over quantity of each item.
Progress invoices
An interim payment certificate that bills only the work executed in it, with retention, advance recovery and VAT, approved by the client in the portal.
Client statement
A bilingual statement with debt ageing and a verification code, exported to PDF and Excel in the company's brand.
Invoices and accounting
ZATCA-format electronic tax invoices from the company's own system, with its accounting moving to MEGA from opening balances taken from the audited 2025 statements.
