By using mega-egy.com, requesting a free trial or subscribing to a MEGA product, you agree to these terms.

1. About MEGA

MEGA is a business-software brand owned and run by Mohamed Abdelfattah Elgafarawy. Contact: WhatsApp +966 58 258 7221.

2. Free trial

The trial lasts 10 days from activation, includes every feature, and carries no obligation to buy.
When it ends, the trial copy stops until a subscription is activated. Data you entered stays on your site.
One trial per company; we may refuse or stop any request that appears duplicated or abusive.

3. Prices and payment

Published prices are yearly unless stated otherwise. Saudi prices are in SAR excluding 15% VAT (Sammimli prices include VAT); Egyptian prices are in EGP excluding 14% VAT.
Egyptian prices are fixed for 12 months from the subscription date and reviewed yearly.
Your signed quote or invoice prevails over anything shown on the website.
Features marked “Soon” are not yet available and are not part of the price until they launch.

4. Licence

A subscription gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for your company during the subscription, on the website (domain) registered in the licence. You may not copy, resell or circumvent the software’s protection.

5. Your data

Your company’s data belongs to you. It is stored on the hosting your system runs on, and you can export it at any time. Our privacy policy covers the data we collect through this website.

6. Support and updates

Subscriptions include updates and in-app technical support during the subscription, as described in each plan.

7. Liability

We develop and run our software with normal professional care, but the business remains responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters and of filings it makes with government bodies. In all cases our liability is limited to what you paid for the subscription in the last 12 months.

8. Intellectual property

The MEGA name, logo, software and website content belong to MEGA and may not be used without written permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for customers in Saudi Arabia, and of the Arab Republic of Egypt for customers in Egypt. We aim to settle any dispute amicably first.

10. Changes

We may change these terms; changes apply from publication on the site and do not affect a paid subscription before its term ends.
